The Tucson Area Indian Health Service intends to negotiate and award a non-competitive Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) firm-fixed price contract with the American Indian Association of Tucson, dba (Tucson Indian Center), Tucson, Arizona in accordance with P.L. 94-437 Title V of the Indian Health Care Improvement Act, as amended. Title V allows for new contracts, contract renewals and the replacement contract requiring non-competitive awards for provision and continuation of Urban Indian Health Programs. The services supports an extensive outreach and referral, and health education programs to the eligible American Indian/Alaskan Native (AI/AN) population residing within the Tucson, Arizona metropolitan area. It is anticipated that this project will be ongoing and funding will be continued for subsequent years. The period of performance will be January 1, 2021 through December 31, 2021, with an option to extend the contract for four (4) one-year periods. No requests for the solicitation will be accepted.
