This contract provides one Registered Nurse and one Public Health Nurse to support the Yakama Service Unit, with services performed on-site at the Yakama Indian Health Center in Toppenish, WA and at community outreach events within the Yakama Nation Reservation. The period of performance is five years, including option periods, with an anticipated award before the end of Fiscal Year 2026 (September 30, 2026). Outreach frequency will vary based on patient needs and public health priorities, with no guaranteed number of visits. Transportation for public health outreach will be provided by Government-employed nurses, and contractor personnel will not use personal vehicles. On-campus housing is not available, and there is no incumbent contractor.
