This opportunity is for a Firm-Fixed-Price purchase order to provide one Medical Laboratory Scientist and one Medical Technician (Phlebotomy) to support the Laboratory Program at the Yakama Service Unit in Toppenish, Washington. The period of performance consists of one six-month base period and one six-month option period, with services provided up to 40 hours per week during clinic hours (8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., Monday through Friday). Required post-award forms must be completed and returned within ten days after award.
