Solicitation no. 75H71325Q00040 has been issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ) for a firm fixed price commercial supply contract to provide delivery of distilled water and 5-gallon bottles of drinking water, and the rental of five (5) hot & cold water cooler dispensers to Chemawa Indian Health Center, Western Oregon Service Unit (WOSU) located in Salem, Oregon. Delivery is to be made on an as needed basis, within 3 days of a request. The anticipated period of performance is 9/16/2025 – 9/15/2026 (one year), and may include up to four (4) option periods of one year each. Delivery is to be made during business hours (7:30 AM to 4:30 PM local time). The estimated quantity of water is two-hundred-and-forty (240) 5-gallon bottles of drinking water per year and two-hundred-and-forty (240) gallons of distilled water per year.
