The Indian Health Service (IHS), Portland Area Office intends to solicit one (1) firm fixed price requirement for radiology reading services for Warm Springs Service Unit located at Warm Springs, Oregon as a single source to Central Oregon Radiology Associates as the only reasonable source available pursuant to FAR subpart 13-106(b). Central Oregon Radiology Associates is the single source of service reasonably available to beneficiaries in a geographic area due to isolation. The performance period is up to 08/14/2026, or up to 5 years including options. The NAICS code is 621111. This notice is in accordance with 48 CFR Part 326, Subpart 326.603-3 and IHM 5.5-6, Indian Health Services must use the negotiation authority of the Buy Indian Act, 25U.S.C. 47, to give preference to Indian Economic Enterprises (IEE) whenever the use of that authority is authorized and practicable. Interested parties shall not be reimbursed for costs associated with preparation for their responses. Any proprietary information should be marked. Interested organizations presenting a Capability Statement in response to this notice must identify their size status.
