This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The Indian Health Service contemplates award of one or multiple firm fixed price purchase orders as a result of this combined synopsis/solicitation. The solicitation number is 75H71324Q00056 and is issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ) under Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Part 12 Acquisition of Commercial Items and FAR Part 13 Simplified Acquisition Procedures and in conjunction with FAR 13.5 Simplified Procedures for Certain Commercial Products and Commercial Services. This RFQ and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2024-03 / 02/23/2024. The RFQ is solicited as a 100% Set-Aside to Indian Small Business Economic Enterprise (ISBEE). The NAICS Code applicable to this acquisition is 561320 with a small business size standard of $34.0 million in average annual receipts. We reserve the right to cancel this RFQ. Quoters are required to have an active registration in The System for Award Management (SAM.gov) at the time an offer or quotation is submitted in order to comply with the annual representations and certifications requirements of FAR 52.212-3. Annual representations and certifications must be current in SAM at the time of quote submission. Quoters who do not have an active SAM registration will be considered either ineligible or non-responsive and will not be considered for award. This acquisition is in support of The Indian Health Service, Portland Geographic Area. (In accordance with FAR 13.103, responses to this notice will be used as a standing price quotations).
