This RFQ will result in one (1) firm fixed price supply purchase order conducted under the Federal Acquisition Regulation Parts 12 and 13. The required delivery date is January 20, 2023. Attached is a copy of the RFQ, Statement of Work and Brand name justification. The solicitation, provisions, and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular FAC 2023-01.
