This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation no. 75H71322Q00104 has been issued as a Request For Quotation for a firm fixed price commercial items for supply contract BeaverFit Shred Shed Light Package or Equal at one lump sum price (See Attachment no. 1 - Specification) The required delivery date is October 1, 2022. The delivery location and place of acceptance is Chemawa Indian Health Center, Western Oregon Service Unit, 3750 Chemawa Rd NE Salem, OR 97305, F.O.B. Destination. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2022-07 dated August 10, 2022. The provision at 52.212-1, Instructions to Offerors – Commercial, applies to this acquisition. The provision at 52.212-2, Evaluation – Commercial Items, applies to this acquisition. The following factors shall be used to evaluate offers: Lowest Price Technically Acceptable (LPTA). Offerors are advised to submit a completed copy of the provision at 52.212-3, Offeror Representations and Certifications – Commercial Items, with its offer. We are seeking vendors who can provide Shred Shed Light Package – Outdoor Fitness Station for Chemawa Indian Health Center, Western Oregon Service Unit, Salem, Oregon The majority of outside fitness stations are limited in their ability to be configured for group fitness that aligns common shared fitness routines and activities. The majority of fitness stations and/or packages are designed for rotating and collaborative use. This design does not optimize the footprint of outside space for group fitness. This design constraint significantly limits the ability to engage in shared group fitness activities. Securing a vendor equipment provider that has the capability of providing a platform that is designed for shared group fitness activities and weather resistant storage is vital to the provision of the department’s integration of health, fitness, and nutrition Positive Youth Development programs. The shared group fitness activities necessitate the capabilities of integrating fitness modality models with mental health and other forms of early intervention and social emotional prevention group services that support prevention science programs of support for high risk American Indian and Alaska Native youth. Respondents shall demonstrate the requirement need to be provided in this notice.
