The Indian Health Service (IHS) is conducting a SOURCES SOUGHT to identify potential vendors capable of providing Wired Telecommunication Coverage: Phone/Fax/Voicemail Communication service for the Colville Service Units (CSU); Nespelem and Omak, WA. Pursuant to 48 CFR Part 326, Subpart 326.603-3 and Indian Health Manual (IHM) 5.5-6, IHS must use the negotiation authority of the Buy Indian Act, 25 U.S.C. 47, to give preference to Indian Economic Enterprises (IEE) and Indian Small Business Economic Enterprises (ISBEE) whenever the use of that authority is authorized or practicable.
