The Cepheid GeneXpert analyzers provides results for molecular patient testing in the clinical laboratory testing necessary for the diagnosis, prevention, and treatment of disease or impairment or assessment of health, providing information for clinical decision. Services, maintenance, and repairs are proprietary in nature. Existing Cepheid GeneXpert analyzers will no longer be functional when the 1 year warranty expires. Testing for COVID-19 and all other tests must cease if the analyzer is not calibrated annually by a certified field engineer PERIOD OF PERFORMANCE: The period of performance shall be (The Period of Performance is estimate, subject to change): Base Year: 10/01/2021 to 09/30/2022 Option Year 1: 10/01/2022 to 09/30/2023 Option Year 2: 10/01/2023 to 09/30/2024 Option Year 3: 10/01/2024 to 09/30/2025 Services will not be provided on federally recognized holidays.
