For market research purposes, the Government would like to obtain information regarding the availability and capability of all qualified small businesses, small business indian firms, service-disabled veteran-owned small businesses, veteran-owned small businesses, HUBZone small businesses, women owned small businesses or small disadvantaged businesses. This notice is for information and planning purposes only and does not commit the Government to any contractual agreement, all information will be considered. A request for quotes may be issued at a later date. Interested parties shall not be reimbursed for costs associated with preparation of their responses. Any proprietary information should be so marked. Interested organizations presenting a Capability Statement in response to this notice must identify their size status. Responses must include a demonstration of capacity and capabilities to provide proficiency testing programs. The proficiency testing programs must be approved by HHS as dictated by 42 CFR 493.901-Approval of Proficiency Programs.
