The Portland Area Indian Health Service (PAIHS) has a requirement to install Bogen 3-zone paging system and amplifier connected to existing speakers which have Dial In and Direct Connect via the telephone. This will standardized paging system architecture for PAIHS. The existing Bogen paging systems connect directly to existing Cisco voice systems. This eliminates integration and compatibility issues without incurring additional costs for training to maintain or troubleshoot the equipment. The Prospective Offerors are invited to submit quotation in reference to solicitation no. 75H71321Q00026. The solicitation package is comprised of all information including the estimated requirements and statement of work. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2021-05 dated March 10, 2021. This solicitation is set aside to Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business. The NAICS code is 238210. The small business size is $15.0M. The basis of award is price. Award will be made to the lowest priced responsible vendor and to the offeror whose offer conforming to the solicitation will be most advantageous to the Government. To be eligible for the contract award, the offeror must be registered in the System for Award Management and must complete the Representations and Certification at http://www.SAM.gov, per FAR 52.204-7. Interested firms shall submit a quote to allan.gaerlan@ihs.gov and shall complete the pricing schedule by June 11, 2021, 1:00 PM, PST in order to be considered. Price shall include all necessary supervision, management, labor, transportation, equipment, materials, any other direct incidental costs, overhead and profit unless the cost is identified as separately price line item.
