The solicitation package is comprised of all information including the estimated requirements and statement of work. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2021-05 dated March 10, 2021. This solicitation is unrestricted. The NAICS code is 333314. The small business size is not applicable. The basis of award is price. Award will be made to the lowest priced responsible vendor and to the offeror whose offer conforming to the solicitation will be most advantageous to the Government. To be eligible for the contract award, the offeror must be registered in the System for Award Management and must complete the Representations and Certification at http://www.SAM.gov, per FAR 52.204-7. Interested firms shall submit a quote to allan.gaerlan@ihs.gov. and shall complete the pricing schedule by May 6, 2021in order to be considered. Price shall include all necessary supervision, management, labor, transportation, equipment, materials, any other direct incidental costs, overhead and profit unless the cost is identified as separately price line item.
