The Indian Health Service (IHS), Portland Area Office intends to issue a single source, firm-fixed price purchase order to Core Strengths Inc. The proposed procurement is a subscription of two (2) Strength Development Inventory (SDI) 2.0 Core Strength Platform/assessments. The first assessment is utilized as part of the overall clinic quality department goals to support a high functioning and effective workplace culture that is conducive to exceptional team based results. The second assessment is utilized as part of the overall school-wide Positive Youth Development Centered Home Model supporting school based positive behavior intervention as well as framework. In addition to assessments, the subscription includes comprehensive support packages and access to other support features such as portal. In pursuant to FAR subpart 13.106-(b), only one responsible source has been identified as reasonably available to provide the services that will satisfy the agency requirement. The Strength Deployment Inventory (SDI) is a globally recognized tool for improving relationships and managing conflict. It is used in businesses for leadership training, team building, conflict management and a host of other applications. The SDI Assessments are exclusively available from Core Strength Inc. and SDI is copyrighted through the Personal Strengths Publishing Inc.(PSP) and all inventory and associated support tool features associated with the SDI are only available through PSP. The only known source available that is able to complete the contract requirements is Core Strengths Inc. The NAICS code is 541611 and the small business size standard $15 million. No solicitation document exists for this requirement. No responses to the notice of intent to single source are anticipated.
