The Indian Health Service (IHS), Portland Area Office intends to solicit one (1) firm fixed price commercial items services for Electronic Billing Services to a single source, in pursuant to FAR subpart 13.106- 1(b)(i). The electronic billing services provide three (3) electronic billing services for Warm Springs Health and Wellness Center, Western Oregon Service Unit, Colville Indian Health Center, Omak Health Station, Fort Hall Service Unit, Wellpinit Indian Health Unit, Yakama Indian Health Center, and White Swan Dental Clinic. The three accounts are payment manager which includes Payment Manager & ERA services, Dental Connect & Dental Claims services and Pharmacy electronic billing services. Portland Area Service Units have been utilizing this firm for private insurance export for many years. As a result, Warm Springs Health and Wellness Center, Western Oregon Service Unit, Colville Indian Health Center, Omak Health Station, Fort. Hall Service Unit, Wellpinit Health Unit, Yakama Indian Health Center, and White Swan Dental Clinic created a cost analysis of the trend when the service unit utilize this services. Exporting through this company does not require extra material, equipment or any adjustment .. Portland Indian Health Service Centers provides medical, dental, Behavior health, Optometry and Pharmacy services for approximately 60,000 active patients. All of the Portland Indian Health Services Areas Business office requires the use of the healthcare services to bill private insurance companies electronically. The NAICS code is 541990 and the small business size standard $15.0 Million. All responsible sources may submit a capability statement which shall be considered by the agency.
