This is a Request For Proposal for a firm fixed priced indefinite delivery, indefinite quantity (IDIQ) contract for Area-wide Locums Services which consists of Medical, Physician, Optometrist, Pharmacist, and Dental Support Services. The performance period includes a one-year Base and 4 one-year options. The minimum guarantee quantity for the IDIQ, including options, is $2,500.00 per category, and the maximum value is $5,000,000.00 per contract line item category. The NAICS code is 621399 and the small business size standard $8 million. The basis of award is the responsible offeror whose offer conforming to the solicitation will be most advantageous to the Government, price and other factor considered. Award will be made to the responsible offeror pursuant to FAR subpart 9.1. Multiple awards may be made per line item category up to 5 awards. The technical/non-price evaluation factors are relevant experience and past performance where technical/non-price evaluation factors, when combined, are significantly more important than price.
