The Indian Health Service (IHS), Portland Area Office intends to solicit one (1) firm fixed price commercial items services for Radiology Interpretation Services to a single source, Salem Health Hospitals & Clinics, 890 Oak Street SE Salem, OR 97301 in pursuant to FAR subpart 13.106-1(b)(i). The single source is the only firm who can furnish the requirements below. Western Oregon Service Unit (WOSU) needs very specific deliverables from our radiology contract, which makes it necessary for us to complete a single source purchase order. All radiology services need to be provided by the contractor at the contractor’s location. The contractor will need to be able to both complete and interpret the imaging requested by WOSU medical providers, and provide that interpretation to our providers to use in their clinical decision-making. WOSU is located in Salem, OR and our patients travel to our clinic in order to receive medical care. Contractor must be located in Salem, OR so that our patients can easily access the services ordered by their Government. The radiology services that are needed include x-ray, mammography, ultra-sound and, ultrasound guided needle biopsy. All of these services need to be provided within one requirement and rates must be in accordance with Medicare. The NAICS code is 621512 and the small business size standard $15.0 Million. All responsible sources may submit a capability statement which shall be considered by the agency. Responses shall be received by July 16, 2020, 12:00 P.M. (PST) in order to be considered.
