The Indian Health Service, Portland Area Office intends to solicit one (1) firm fixed price requirement to extend tele-radiology interpretation services for the interim support needed at Colville, Wellpinit, and Yakama Service Units located in State of Washington, as a single source to Virtual Radiologic Professional of Texan, P. A. as the only reasonable source available pursuant to FAR subpart 13-106(b). The extension will ensure that there will be no disruptions of reading of digital films services in support of direct patient care while the Government is on process establishing a follow-on requirement. The performance period is from July 1, 2020 to December 31, 2020. The NAICS code is 621512 and the small business standard is N/A as the requirement is considered UNRESTRICTED. All responsible sources may submit a capability statement, proposal, or quotation, which shall be considered by the agency. Responses shall be received by June 9, 2020 in order to be considered.
