The anticipated NAICS code(s) is 621512-Diagnostic Imaging Centers with a size standard of $16.5 Million. The Product Service Code for this requirement is Q301-Laboratory Testing Services. The purpose of this sources sought notice is to obtain information on qualified contractors who have evidence of current capability to provide teleradiology services and provide Medical Director Physician over-sight for operational issues for the Hopi Health Care Center, to include current Indian Health Service Information Assurance Certification and Accreditation Process for certification/interim clearance for all electronic systems required to interface with the Indian Health Service Network for the Hopi Health Care Center located in Polacca, Arizona. Also, have the ability to interface directly to directly transcribe radiology interpretations into the patient record. The contractor must have computer hardware that is capable of receiving Digital Imaging and Communications in Medicine (DICOM) compliant images from the Hopi Health Care Center with appropriate privacy and information safeguards. In response to this sources sought notice, please provide: 1.
