The Phoenix Area Indian Health Service (PAIHS), Phoenix Area Office (PAO) Department of Acquisition (DAM), is seeking a Contractor to perform inventory, testing, adjustment, and balance services (TAB) to ensure that the heating, ventilation, and air conditioning (HVAC) systems are operating effectively and efficiently to maintain indoor air quality, occupant comfort, and, where applicable pressure relationships in accordance with ASHRAE 170, 2008.
