Phoenix Area Office is requesting for a contractor to provide a dedicated high speed ethernet-based connection at 100Mbps. The contractor will provide the infrastructure to support the capabilities on a continuous basis to support the operation on a 24-hour, 365 days a year. The ethernet connection shall terminate inside ogf the facility and connect to the existing DMARC (demarcation point) located in Room 143 at the Peach Springs Health Center. Proposed bandwidth speed should be sufficient to effectively support the transmission of large medical images/data such as radiology images, telehealth and enhancements to the electronic health record.
