This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. 75H71224Q-005KN is issued as a request for quotation (RFQ) for Garbage Waste Removal at the Uintah-Ouray Service Unit (U&O) in Fort Duchesne, UT. This procurement is conducted pursuant to the authority of Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) part 12, Commercial Items in conjunction with FAR part 13, Simplified Acquisition Procedures. ***Amendment 0001*** Contractor shall be responsible for supplying the bins identified in the Statement of Work. ***Amendment 0002*** The purpose of this amendment is to record the change to the SOW regarding contractor responsibility of providing trash bins in Amendment 00001. Additionally, this amendment also revises the SOW for changes to the bin size requirements. Contractor is required to return a signed copy of the document, acknowledging the amendment.
