Lowest price technically acceptable (LPTA) source selection will be used where best value is expected to result from selection of the technically acceptable proposal with the lowest evaluated price. This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through FAR Federal Acquisition Circular 2023-01 December 30, 2022. This requirement is under North American Industrial Classification Standard (NAICS) codes: 561710 - Exterminating and Pest Control Services; or any applicable NAICS code, along with the appropriate Small Business Size Standard.
