IF YOU ARE INTERESTED IN PROPOSING ON THIS PROJECT, PLEASE SEND AN EMAIL TO: jonathan.schrader@ihs.gov. *** The Indian Health Service (IHS) constructed a new 76,295 square feet health care facility on a 12 acre site approximately one quarter mile north of the existing Fort Yuma Health Center. The new FYHCC will consist of Primary Care, Dental, Optometry, Physical Therapy, Podiatry and Mental Health Clinics, with associated Diagnostic Imaging and Pharmacy services. The Health Care Center will also support Diabetes, Alcohol and Substance Abuse, and Traditional Healing programs, and a Wellness Center. The IT/Data Contractor, hereafter referred to as Contractor, shall provide IT maintenance coverage network, wireless, telephone and server hardware. The selected Contractor for providing IT hardware coverage shall be coordinate maintenance issues with the Director of the Information Technology department at FYHCC or an Area IT representative from the Phoenix Area Office.The scope of the maintenance contract is to provide Cisco SmartNet and Singlewire coverage and licensing services to support the IT department at FYHCC.
