Option Year 1: July 1, 2023 to June 30, 2024 1 Year 3 Option Year 2: July 1, 2024 to June 30, 2025 1 Year 4. Option Year 3: July 1, 2025 to June 30, 2026 1 Year 5. Offeror to submit documentation/information on how the SOW will be successfully provided and performed. (B) References and Past Performance -- Submit documentation/information on past four contracts or projects of similar magnitude, Governmental or non-Governmental. Projects should only include from year 2018 until 2021 (present) only. As a minimum, information to include name of the firm, project number and title, date or period of performance, name of point of contact: company position, email, and phone number). Technical and Cost proposals will be evaluated independently. Do not include your price proposals for this solicitation on your Technical Proposal and Past Performance file.
