The contractor shall provide all equipment, labor, materials, seed, chemicals and other supplies necessary for lawn care, landscaping maintenance, parking lot cleaning, street cleaning, trash pick-up and disposal, and other grounds maintenance at the Phoenix Indian Medical Center (PIMC). The PIMC complex is located at 4212 N. 16th Street, Phoenix, Arizona. The campus encompasses approximately 26 acres, including a main hospital building, 18 ancillary buildings, parking lots, and grounds. In most places, a chain-link fence surrounds the campus.
