The designated NAICS code is 541611 Administrative Management and General Management Consulting Services, with a size standard of $16.5M. Responses shall reference this Sources Sought announcement number, “75H71222Q00025 Sources Sought - Elko Patient Experience Survey Tool. ” This is not a Request for Proposal (RFP) or Request for Quotation (RFQ). Indian Health Service is utilizing this tool as part of market research. Your responses will assist IHS in the development of its possible RFP/RFQ and in determining whether any type of small business set-aside is possible for this procurement or whether full and open competitive procedures should be utilized.
