Indian Health Service (IHS), Phoenix Area Office on FT Yuma Service Unit is conducting this Sources Sought to identify Native American Owned/Indian Owned companies who is capable of providing quarantine/isolation lodging assistance to mitigate community spread of COVID-19 for the Fort Yuma Health Center (FYHC), Purchased Referred Care, 401 E. Picacho Rd., Winterhaven, CA 92283. This notice is issued solely for information and planning purposes - it does not constitute a Request for Quote (RFQ)/lnvitation for Bid (IFB)/Request for Proposal (RFP) or a promise to issue an RFQ, IFB or RFP in the future. This notice does not commit the U.S. Government to contract for any supply or service. Further, the U.S. Government is not seeking quotes, bids or proposals at this time and will not accept unsolicited proposals in response to this sources sought notice. The U.S. Government will not pay for any information or administrative costs incurred in response to this notice. Submittals will not be returned to the responder. Not responding to this notice does not preclude participation in any future RFQ or IFB or RFP, if any is issued. The anticipated NAICS code is 721110 – Hotels (except Casinos) and Motels, SBA size standard is $35M. The Product Service Code for this requirement is V231 -- Transportation/Travel/Relocation- Travel/Lodging/Recruitment: Lodging, Hotel/Motel In response to this sources sought notice, please provide the name of the firm, point of contact, phone number, email address, CAGE code, and SAM Unique Identification Number. If this requirement is solicited, the clause HSAR 352.232- 71will apply. As stated: HHSAR 352.232-71 Electronic Submission of Invoice Payment Requests (Feb 2022) will apply when this requirement is solicited and awarded. As stated: (a) Definitions. As used in this clause— Payment request means a bill, voucher, invoice, or request for contract financing payment with associated supporting documentation. The payment request must comply with the requirements identified in FAR 32.905(b), “Content of Invoices” and the applicable Payment clause included in this contract. (b) Except as provided in paragraph (c) of this clause, the Contractor shall submit payment requests electronically using the Department of Treasury Invoice Processing Platform (IPP) or successor system. Information regarding IPP, including IPP Customer Support contact information, is available at www.ipp.gov or any successor site. (c) The Contractor may submit payment requests using other than IPP only when the Contracting Officer authorizes alternate procedures in writing in accordance with HHS procedures. (d) If alternate payment procedures are authorized, the Contractor shall include a copy of the Contracting Officer's written authorization with each payment request.
