The Contractor shall provide an instrument that screens for local vascular insufficiency and documents wound dimensions; in a self-contained instrument environment. To have available to the Parker Indian Health Center (PIHC) an instrument that performs on-demand vascular imaging to screen for local vascular disease which may be associated with local infection, delayed wound healing or as a cause of pain. This testing service will be provided through the Podiatry department of the PIHC.
