The Fort Duchesne IHS Clinic has no existing cameras at any locations throughout the facility. This Statement of Work (SOW) is to add new fixed Internet Protocol (IP) fixed cameras in areas as described below. Vendor shall furnish and install the security surveillance cameras, network video recorders (NVR), cabling, and other components in designated parts of the building. The security surveillance cameras are used to monitor and surveillance activity within and outside of the Fort Duchesne IHS Wellness Center. Recording capability is required to record incidents of patient, visitor, and staff safety issues and other activities related to safety and security of those who are on the premises of the Fort Duchesne IHS Wellness Center.
