This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Fort Duchesne IHS Clinic is in need of the replacement of the automated logic control system for its Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning (HVAC) system. The HVAC control system software and the variable air volume (VAV) controls are no longer supported due to its age. The HVAC control system hardware cannot communicated with supported HVAC software systems. HVAC air exchange rates are not at optimum due to manual control of VAVs throughout the clinic.
