FYHC uses Automated Logic’s WebCTRL® for its building automation system. The BAS provides an interface to monitor and modify settings for HVAC, cooling towers, boilers, emergency generator, utilities (water, gas, electrical, and photovoltaic), landscape irrigation, domestic water heater, dental gas, and water booster pumps. The objective of this work is to perform corrective maintenance on FYHC’s BAS.
