This is a non-personal long term services contract to provide janitorial services for the Phoenix Indian Medical Center (P.I.M.C.); including all outbuildings and inpatient wards when necessary and scheduled. The Government shall not exercise any supervision, or control over the contract services providers performing the services herein. Such contract service providers shall be accountable solely to the Contractor who, in turn is responsible to the Government. Site showing is scheduled for Thursday, 3 SEP 20 at 8:00 am local time.
