The contractor shall provide all supervision, labor, parts, materials, tools, supplies, maintenance, and equipment necessary to complete six month semi-annual preventive maintenance service for the hand pieces in the Operating Room and Dental Clinic. The service agreement shall be a full service agreement to maintain the medical equipment in good operations. Contractor shall repair or replace all components necessary to return units to Original Equipment Manufacturer’s specifications. Contractor shall return equipment in a clean state after work is completed. While the hand piece(s) is/are in service, a temporary loaner shall be issued at no cost to the government and return upon completion of the repair. The service shall meet the manufacturer’s specification requirement. Contractor shall warrant all services performed and units shall remain free from defects 30 days from the date of acceptance.
