This opportunity is a 100% Indian-Owned Small Business Economic Enterprise (ISBEE) set-aside for a Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) to supply Quality Control Materials for Chemistry testing. Supplies will be purchased on an as-needed basis for the Laboratory Department at Chinle Comprehensive Health Care Facility, Navajo Area Indian Health Service.
