The Indian Health Service, Kayenta Service Unit (KSU) is issuing this sources-sought synopsis as a means of conducting market research (FAR 10.001) in identifying prospective sources to fill a government requirement for the purchase, deliver, and set-up of a Mobile Dental Unit (MDU). The MDU’s primary purpose is to expand primary care services to the KSU communities. The MDU shall require the following dimensions with 2 exam rooms, 1 reception/waiting room, and at least 1-2 seats in cab. Anticipated delivery date: TBD. Width: Exterior less than 102 in. Height: Exterior less than 13.5 ft. Length: Less than 26.1 ft. Wheelbase: 193 in. The applicable North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code assigned to this requirement is 336211 – Motor Vehicle Body Manufacturing with a small business size standard of 1,000 Employees.
