The solicitation is a 100% Total Small Business Set-Aside under North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code 811210 with an associated small business size standard of $34.0 million. The Indian Health Service (IHS), Chinle Comprehensive Health Care Facility (CCHCF), located in Chinle, AZ 86503 off US HWY 191 and Hospital Drive. CCHCF needs a contractor to provide preventive maintenance agreement (PMA) and repair services for Radiology Shimadzu RadSpeed Radiographic X-Ray system equipment.
