The Indian Health Service, Kayenta Service Unit – Kayenta Health Center, located in Kayenta, Arizona 86033 has an upcoming requirement for a Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) to order various printer consumables on an as needed basis. The projected Period of Performance is for a one-year contract; duration of 12 months as a Base plus Two (2) Option Years from date of award. The North American Industry Classification System or NAICS code is 325992 with a small business size standard of 1,500 Employees. The Request for Quotations No. 75H71025Q00330 using the principles of FAR 12 Acquisition of Commercial Items in conjunction with FAR 13 Simplified Acquisition Procedures will be issued on or by 08/25/2025. Evaluation factors may include technical capability to meet the government need, delivery, and price. Quotes will be due on or by 08/28/2025.
