The Indian Health Service (IHS), Chinle Comprehensive Health Care Facility (CCHCF), located in Chinle, AZ 86503 off US HWY 191 and Hospital Drive. CCHCF needs a contractor to provide preventive maintenance agreement (PMA) and repair services for 2-D Mammogram Radiology equipment.
