The Request for Quotations No. 75H71025Q00189 using the principles of FAR 12 Acquisition of Commercial Items in conjunction with FAR 13 Simplified Acquisition Procedures will be issued on or by May 16, 2025. Evaluation factors may include: Technical capability to meet the government’s requirement as defined in Performance Work Statement (PWS). Key personnel shall meet the qualification requirements listed in section 6.0 of the PWS. Past Performance on three (3) projects providing non-personal service contract for Internal Medicine/Family Practice Physician OR Family Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant healthcare services within the past five (5) years. The Government reserves the right to retrieve and review past performance information from the Contractor performance Assessment Reporting System (CPARS) and other federal sources. Price.
