NOTE: The requested POP for the seven (7) services requested will be as follows: Five (5) Non-PSC RN services with a Period of Performances that will be 1 year from date of award to include: 1 Base (6-months) and 1 Exercise Option Period (6-months) both equaling 1 full year (12-months) from date of award. Two (2) Non-PSC RN services with a Period of Performance that will be for only 6-months from date of award.
