PRESOLICITATION NOTICE (SYNOPSIS) The Indian Health Service, Crownpoint Healthcare Facility, located in/at the Junction of NM State Hwy 371 & Navajo Route 9, Crownpoint NM, 87313 has an upcoming requirement for a Cost-Per-Reportable (CPR) benchtop fully automated urinalysis system including installation and all necessary, services, equipment, reagents, QC, and supplies based on an estimated quantity of analysis per year. The period of performance will be for a 1-year base and four (4) 1-year option periods. The North American Industry Classification System or NAICS code is 325413- In-Vitro Diagnostic Substance Manufacturing, with a small business size standard of 1,250 employees. The Request for Quotations No. 75H71025Q00078 using the principles of FAR 12 Acquisition of Commercial Items in conjunction with FAR 13 Simplified Acquisition Procedures will be issued on or by February 12, 2025. Evaluation factors may include technical capability to meet the government need, past performance, and price. Quotes will be due on or by February 19, 2025. The acquisition is an unrestricted full and open solicitation.
