New Notice ID: 75H71025Q00054_2 ****************************************************************************************************************************************** The Indian Health Service, Shiprock Service Unit, Northern Navajo Medical Center, located in Shiprock, New Mexico 87420, has an upcoming requirement for Registered Nursing Services for the OB/GYN Department. There will be three (3) positions available. Please submit no more than five (5) candidates per position. **It is the responsibility of the Offeror to submit only qualified, applicable and available full-time personnel. Any personnel submitted by multiple offerors will not be forwarded for evaluation and further consideration** The Period of Performance for this requirement will be for a Base Period of six (6) months followed by one (1) Option Period of six (6) months. The North American Industry Classification System or NAICS code is 561320 – Temporary Help Services with a small business size standard of $34M. Evaluation factors may include technical capability to meet the government need in accordance with the Performance Work Statement (PWS), minimum education requirements, professional certifications, past performance, and price.
