PRESOLICITATION NOTICE (SYNOPSIS) The Indian Health Service, Shiprock Service Unit, located in/at 6 RD 7586, Bloomfield, NM 87413 has an upcoming Brand Name or Equal requirement for a Philips TC70 PageWriter electrocardiogram (ECG) machine with a full, one-year warranty. The anticipated delivery date is 60 days from the date of award. The North American Industry Classification System or NAICS code is 334510 with a small business size standard of 1,250 employees. The Request for Quotations No. 75H71024Q00130 using the principles of FAR 12 Acquisition of Commercial Items in conjunction with FAR 13 Simplified Acquisition Procedures will be issued on or by 7/25/2024. Evaluation factors may include technical capability of the item offered to meet the Government’s requirements: A technical description of the items being offered in sufficient detail to evaluate compliance with the requirements in the solicitation. This shall include product literature, feasibility/conceptual designs or drawings, and other documentation that demonstrate how the product offered meets – at a minimum – Attachment A (Specifications), delivery schedule (include a comprehensive manufacturing, delivery, and installation schedule that meets or exceeds the anticipated 60-day delivery schedule; include milestones and dates.), and price. Quotes will be due on or by 7/30/2024 at 10:00AM (MDT). The acquisition is a total small business set-aside.
