PRESOLICITATION NOTICE (SYNOPSIS) The Synopsis The Indian Health Service, Gallup Regional Supply Service Center, located at 2400 Fuhs Avenue, Building #10, Gallup, New Mexico, 87301 has an upcoming requirement for Diabetes Testing Supplies. The delivery date is anticipated to be 15 days after award. The North American Industry Classification System or NAICS code is 325413 with a small business size standard of 1,250 employees. The Request for Quotations No. 75H71024Q00080 using the principles of FAR 12 Acquisition of Commercial Items in conjunction with FAR 13 Simplified Acquisition Procedures will be issued on or by June 3, 2024. Evaluation factors may include technical capability to meet the government need, past performance, and price. Quotes will be due on or by June 10, 2024. The acquisition is a small business set-aside.
