All work needs to be completed in accordance with guidelines outlined in the National Fire Protection Association #96 code (2011 Edition) and those set forth by the International Kitchen Exhaust Cleaning Association (IKECA). All hoods need to be power washed and detailed by hand. Fans, ducts, and filters need to be power washed and grease-free. The anticipated period of performance is: Base Period: 4/1/2024-3/31/2025 Option Period One: 4/1/2025-3/31/2026 Option Period Two: 4/1/2026-3/31/2027 Option Period Three: 4/1/2027-3/31/2028 Option Period Four: 4/1/2028-3/31/2029 The North American Industry Classification System or NAICS code is 561790- Other Services to Buildings and Dwellings with a small business size standard of $9.0 million. The Request for Quotations No. 75H71024Q00061 using the principles of FAR 12 Acquisition of Commercial Items in conjunction with FAR 13 Simplified Acquisition Procedures will be issued on or by 3/15/2024. Evaluation factors may include technical capability to satisfy the Government’s requirements, ability to respond within 24 hours to emergency service calls, past performance, and price.
