The Contractor shall provide all management, supervision, personnel, equipment, transportation, materials/supplies, minor parts and tools necessary to perform all on-site generator PM, load banking and ATS inspections and testing as warranted to meet code and per manufacturer’s requirements and recommendations for the NAIHS medical facilities. The Contractor shall provide services in accordance with NFPA99 (2012) Healthcare Facilities Code, Chapter 6 Electrical systems (covers the performance, maintenance, and testing of electrical systems (both normal and essential) in health care facilities). The Contractor's performance will be evaluated in accordance with the standards set forth in the Performance-based Matrix, paragraph 5.0. All generator services shall be performed by a certified Power Generator Technician certified by EGSTP.
