This is a full service contract to provide an Annual Gas Inspections preventative maintenance (PM) service visit. This maintenance is to provide and maintain a safe environment for using gas as a fuel and to comply with State, Federal Pipelines safety Regulations per 49 C.F.R (Code of Federal regulations) Parts 191-192. Full reports shall be given for work performed and test results highlighting any defects discovered. Effective from the date of the award through end of December 2023. Contractor shall report all discrepancies with all leaks found on the survey.
