The Request for Quotations No. 75H71023Q00032 using the principles of FAR 12 Acquisition of Commercial Items in conjunction with FAR 13 Simplified Acquisition Procedures will be issued on or by 04/19/2023. Evaluation factors may include: Required capabilities and performance characteristics: 1. Contractor shall demonstrate: a) Competence in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine. b) Competence in adult medicine procedures. c) Confidentiality of patient care and records. d) Successful application for credentialing by the medical staff of GIMC. e) Maintenance of professional certification through participation in appropriate programs for continuing medical and pharmaceutical education. 2. Contractor’s experience of twenty-four (24) months. 3. Contractor’s Licenses/Certifications (ACLS, medical license, Diplomas etc.) 4. Current Board Certified eligibility or certification by the American Board of Internal Medicine or Family Medicine. 5. Completion of an Internal Medicine or Family Medicine residency program. 6. Valid Driver's License 7. Two (2) References of the Contractor 8. Interview with Contractor against Statement of Duties, Performance Work Statement, and Contractor Profile 9.
