Evaluation factors may include: Required capabilities and performance characteristics: 1. Provider shall provide professional medical services in the Orthopedics Department. Required to take calls and be responsive to Trauma Orthopedics patients that enter the Emergency Room. 2. Contractor’s physician experience of the past thirty-six (36) months and a minimum of twelve (12) in their specialty unless otherwise approved by the Contracting Officer. 3. Contract Requirements and must show the following: -Board Certified/Board Eligible in Orthopedics -Competency in Orthopedics -Confidentiality of patient care and records -Credentialing by Medical Staff -GIMC Contractor’s Licenses/Certifications, MANDATORY: a) Current Basic Life Support (BLS) 4.
